You will take responsibility for: managing a team of 4 across both AP & AR; supervising large volume invoice processing; carry out weekly BACS run; undertake supplier statement reconciliations; month end reporting and accruals; weekly ledger reviews; setting objectives and conducting appraisals; manage performance using weekly KPIs; weekly meetings with other divisions to ensure workflow consistency.
