A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Facilitator to join the Corporate Quality Team within our client. Based in Hatfield, the successful individual will be responsible for supporting our client's complaint management system. The role will also focus on working with all business areas to support and facilitate incidents through to resolution and route cause analysis. Responsibilities: ISO Internal Audits (BS EN ISO9001:2000, ISO/IEC27001:2005(BS7799), ISO/IEC20000:2005) - 60%
